Unknown Device My Bitdefender Account!
I have a question about my account Bitdefender. So one by one.
Install the program. I log on through a program or browser to your account, and what do I see? And no I can see apart from your computer (where the machine is installed Bitdefender) a few other add-on devices that do not know and will never completely have not installed the program. These are just the names of other computers with other licenses. If I delete them from your account "My bitdefender" shows me that there is no device on the account and I installed the program!! (But I have it installed!!). When you log off and then log back in again, it happens again - again, these are "strange" device I do not know. It looks like someone "clung" to illegally into my account!
Due to the fact that it is annoying and weird uninstalled the program because I fear for your data. Is there here a "wise" to explain this to me?

PS : Had my account was connected in some way with others? After all, it is rather impossible and should not have happened!

I also had this problem over Christmas, when installing a trial on my daughter's laptop.
On occasions when trying to log into my account, I was given accessed instead to other people's account - not good.
This seemed to be resolved, however a device from another user appeared in my account along with their licence key.
Much of the site I see is now down for maintenance - so hopefully this will be resolved soon !0 -
I installed BD IS 2013 trial for 30 days and I log on the address of a Google account - I created a new email address. And what is it? - Does not have this problem. Everything is in order. Safebox works to protect Facebook also does not show any device but when I wanted to use the Parental Control message appears I installed it on other devices-computers. These problems were what I described above on an old account, "My Bitdefender".
