Where Is File Encryption Option In Internet Security 2013

I for the life of me can't find File Encryption option in Internet Security 2013.


How do I access this feature?


I looked at all the documentation and all of them tell you to go to Privacy Control and click Encryption tab. I don't have encryption tab in there.


I've attached the screen shot for your reference.


Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Hi yogi, and welcome :)


    In order to gain the file encryption feature of Bitdefender, you would need to upgrade to the Total Security Suite. The Encryption Tab as you have probably realized, is for Instant Messaging (Yahoo Messenger) encryption security.

    For the Security Suite, we have the right click context menu of Scan, and File Shredder.

    In case you still want to use File Encyption remember that you do not have to purchase Bitdefender Total Security 2013 to upgrade. My colleagues from Customer Service can help you further.
