Bitdefender Free Not Installing

Hello,

Everytime I attempt to install Bitdefender I get the same error that install files has failed. I am unable to uninstall through normal means. I used the uninstall tool provided and that cleans up the bad install but I am unable to install afterwards. I have tried doing this as an admin as well.

I have no AV installed while trying to install.
