Unable To Register The Product With Serial Key

Hi. I recently bought bit defender internet security 2013 1 yr 3PC pack through eBay. Serial key is given on the pack cover. On registering the product with the serial key, it says that the product cannot be registered because of the invalid key. I have 7 days free trial which is expiring in the next 3 days after which i will return it. Can you help me with this as soon as possible?

    Hi Sanjay,


    Just an update. This post by Christian may suggest that calling the support number may help to expedite your registering your Bitdefender, as it sounds like their busy behind the scenes with the MyBitdefender maintence. So I'm not sure how long it may be, 1-3 more days? until he starts answering posts.
