Question About A License Code

Hello !

I just recieved a Bit Defender 2013 Internet Security licente code. It works and I have ~2 years license right now. I'm happy with Bit Defender but I have a question. This license code was more like a "gift" given throw a public forum. I was first one who used this code i think and that's why i can activated it.

But what happens if other person try to use that license code ? (because is public)

And what happens if i want to reinstall my Windows and i need to re insert the code ? I will not have any problems ?
