Unable To Install, Keeps Stopping Due To Sqlite3.dll Error

I cannot install my bitdefender total security 2013. I have stopped the firewall and did system clean up. I am using windows xp. every time i try to install, it stops due to an error, sqlite3.dll.

i don't know what to do. please can you help?
