Lots Of Trouble

Hey guys,

I have an acer aspire x3990 8gb edition (nvidia geforce 510 version)

And it has BitDefender 2013 installed.

However; i have lots of trouble with it.

It all started when i could no longer download new game patches, it would stay stuck at 0% download, so I decided to do a virusscan.

This failed, and froze at 4%.

I tried to repair bitdefender from the Remove/Rapair bitdefender options, and now it's 100% removed, and 25% installed, leaving me even more vulnerable (if some virus is doing this).

How could i fix this? even though it's 100% removed, all downloads fail, even the in-browser downloads! (like mediafire downloads)
