Vista Ie 7 Error After Getting Bitdefender

I get this error everytime i exit IE7 after downloading and using bit defender anti virus. Its actually really annoying is there any fixes to this

    Dear james lund,


    This isn't a BitDefender part but a part of the yahoo toolbar. Go to tools,manage add-in's,enable /disable add-ins,disable yahoo! toolbar and yahoo! toolbar helper and press on ok.
