Windows 8 Says Bitdefender And W8 Firewall Off!

New here. Running W8 and BDefender Internet Security 2013 with all the latest updates. I keep getting a message from W8 saying both firewalls are off. When I check W8 firewall is indeed OFF, but BDefender firewall is ON.

Cab any one help me please?

It is a known glitch, that will eventually be resolved. As long as the Bitdefender 8 main console shows Green, then you are just fine. Since Bitdefender Firewall is included in the Suite and is On, use that one, and leave Windows firewall off. You're welcome, it was gladly done Also, to correct myself, you're using the 2013 version (cp. to BD 8) yet it still applies.
