Went to uninstall bitdefender internet security 2013 from a W8 64 bit computer, via the control panel. Unintsall progress has been stuck at uninstall files 20% for three hours. What do I do next?

Thank you. I had stumbled upon that and while I had misgivings about running the removal tool while the uninstall started in the control panel was still spinning its wheels, but it worked.
