Unable To Validate My Liecense Key

I have purchased AntiVirus Pro 2013 product from flipkart.com, and the received shipment had DVD with scratches. But still i managed to download this product and installed in my Windows Vista 64 bit OS and when i validated my key it responded with invalid. I complained with flipkart and they are really good guys and send me an replacement shipment immediately and your product behaves so weird and throws invalid license key response once again.

I am really worried what kind of software have been out for sale and getting money from clients and not allowing them to register.

Uffff...
