Bts 2013 Install Problem, No Antispam/bdf Icon In System Tray Not Working

I have had the product 12 days, i can't get all the features of the BTS 2013 working. There is no antispam/antispam toolbar in windows mail(32bit). The B icon in the system tray just says "BDFR services loading please wait, and nothing happens when i right click on it. So i have no features that the B icon has,like security widget.


I have tried uninstall, reinstall, repair, i have used the removal tool and also removal tools for previous security i had, i also cleaned my pc with C Cleaner, i have tried download offline and then install. Nothing works.


My system is windows vista 32bit.


If no solution soon i will ask for refund as support here is non existent.

    Did you have installed Service Pack 2 for Vista, that is strongly recommended for the normal functioning of Bitdefender ?

    I have read his post and tried as much as i can. My windows is up to date, i have checked everything, i even updated a driver manually, Windows Defender is disabled, i'm not sure about restarting BDFR services in safemode, i downloaded it in safemode but had to come out of safemode to install it. I really don;t want to reinstall windows or the rest of what he said to do with bios etc as i am no expert and don;t understand what he means.


    I have already spent hours each night in the last 12 days trying everything i can and reading the support pages and posting and logging errors on the site and via live chat.I was even directed to a french forum and uninstalled, cleaned my pc with various utilities,downloaded lots of logs data etc using the tools they said for them to analyze,and sent it all.I even had to translate to french and back.Still they found nothing and could not help.


    All this just to install it correctly and still no solution or help form the support team.


    I'm sure it works fine on some machines but after reading the forums, i have come to the conclusion that if you need any support or problems fixed, forget it. The support here is non existent, and their knowledge and customer care the same.


    In 12 days, i have logged 3/4 problems,contacted via live chat 7/8 times, sent 3 reports form my system,then today they say they need me describe it all again and send another file etc to them of my system.


    I am not an expert, but a not stupid and have tried as much as i can. How do people manage with no knowledge?


    I think i will try Kaspersky and ask for a refund if no reply in one more day.I think waiting 2 weeks for some kind of solution is enough. All they say is they raise it as a priority, whatever that means. God help us if it was not a priority.

    Try this also.......boot your system in Safe Mode and also disable Windows Defender Services. See the attachments.


    Also tell us which softwares you have installed in your system?
