Hi,
Can someone help me, I've updated my pc to windows 8 but every time I try to download and install Bitdefender 2013 I get the same message, Download failed check internet connection. But I am connected.
I've turned off Windows Firewall and Defender but still. And I've run the uninstall Wizards plenty op tine but nothing seems to word!!!

Download offline setup with download manager e.g. IDM etc

Also, What you can do here is to try installing it in Safe Mode with Networking. Hope it helps.
