Help To Cancel My Avangate Account

Hi,

Can someone help me to cancel my avangate account? I do not want "auto renew" feature and i would like to withdraw all my information store inside avangate system. I will still continue the bitdefender subscription recently charge to me because of not checking my email for a fews days. I hope bitdefender can use a system that we can edit to remove our credit card information but not like avangate system. Thanks!

    Hello,

You can go to https://store.bitdefender.com/myaccount with your e-mail address (used for purchasing) to see the whole picture about your Avangate account and purchased products.

If it's the first time you visit it, you have to create a new account using your e-mail address you've used purchasing your product.

After log in, on "My Product" section, you can disable or enable "Renewal".

I don't know how to delete Avangate account (if it's possible).

As for your credit card charging, you have to contact to BD support page cause in this forum, although it's an official one, you may not have an answer.

  • Good luck trying to get any financial adjustment! They double-charged me for renewing. When I spoke to a person on a long very disoriented outsourced/overseas call, they said it was because I was on auto-renewal when I accepted their offer to renew with bonus months. I never wanted auto-pay, and if they thought I was on auto-pay they should not have made the offer or double-charged. They will Not reply to my emailed questions and requests to resolve the issue. Jerks!

    Hello,

@ ryantee: The auto-renewal feature is already disabled for your Bitdefender subscription (original order #10999038 ; auto-renewal order #14770815). We also confirmed this on 01/22/2013, via ticket ID: 201301181009714. Please feel free to contact us again if you have other questions.

    Thank you!
