Randomly Crash,turned Off Bitdefender Ts 2013 Messages

i'm the user of Bit Defender 2013 TS

i have issue while i updated 2012 to 2013.

sometime i will receive these messages from windows balloon message.

the screenshots are attached.

Hello Nazari and welcome!

Please let me know if the issues persist with the latest build version 16.28.0.1789

(right click on Bitdefender icon from system tray-near the clock-and choose "About". You should see in the left side the build number).

In order for the product update to be installed, you need to reboot your machine(you should see in the Events -> "Reboot required" under the Update module).
