Internet Speed Is Very Slow

I Have Installed Bitdefender Total Security 2013 2 days ago and after that time my internet speed is very very slow and when i have uninstalled it internet was working properly...


i have installed it again again the same problem started


Please Help Me...


i'm using...


win 7 64bit

    I see a solution was emailed to you on 03/22/2013 via Ticket ID: 201301251018265. Please let us know if the instructions you received from us helped.


    Also, a product update was recently released. Your build should be 16.29.0.1830 (please right click on Bitdefender icon from system tray-near the clock-and choose "About". You should see in the left side the build number).


    In order for the product update to be installed, you need to reboot your machine(you should see in the Events -> "Reboot required" under the Update module).

  • I have the same issue, no solution works.


    Then, I have the bandwidth massive usage.


    I've removed the Internet Suite 2013, latest version, and all is working again.


    Incredible.


    I've opened a ticket via the form may and I've asked a refund.


    I hope they reply soon, I've read a lot of thread of angry people on this forum...
