Bitdefender Ts - After Update From 2011 To 2013 Licence Is Not Valid

Hi.

Sorry for my english.

I have licence key for Bitdefender Total Security 2011.

I try update to 2013 for free. When i install Bitdefender 2013 PL i have comunicate like this: "your licence key is not valid" .

I try install one more time version 2011 and then 2013. I have the same.

About 2 days ago i reinstall windows and i install first 2013 version first. In my account i saw 2 computers. I delete old one. And it's nothing helps. In my bitdefender account in products i have [PL]Bitdefender Total Security 2013 - test version, and Bitdefender Total Security 2011 with licence key.

What can i do to install 2013 version with old key from 2011 version?

You are correct in that the 7 digit key used for the 2011 version, should work with your 2013 version: http://www.bitdefender.com/support/How-to-...r-2012-711.html

Somu pointed you in the right direction, as the forum support here is a bit behind, and we're not sure of when the Tech support mod. would get back to you. The support link also provides for phone support, as well as right clicking your BD Notification icon/About.
