Checkdisk And Bd Free

I installed Bitdefender Free on my computer twice. I had removed all incompatable software as required. Each time, wit BD Free installed, I tried to run Checkdisk at Bootup on Drive C:\, my System Drive, it refused to allow to run. Once BD Free was uninstalled, it ran perfectly. This is a major bug that effects the operating system and a means to possibly correct a faulty disk. This should be addressed before I reinstall BD Free.

My computer specs are: Windows 7 Home Premium - 64 bit
