Not Responding And Now Password Wont Work Anymore

I was having some problems with my computer. Reloaded entire OS and installed Bitdefender for the first time.


Having numerous NOT RESPONDING problems from browsers, to loading already installed programs, clicking on the START button in bottom left, gives the list, but freezes up/stalls/locks up .. and finally about 30 to 60 seconds later, icons finally show up. No matter what I run, it locks up.


So I wanted to modify Bitdefender, but now for some reason the password that I originally entered and wrote down will not work.


Now what, What's the procedure dealing with a password that won't work any longer? (I used it for the first two days)
