Download The English Version Instead Of The Localized Version

I have bought Bitdefender Total Security 2013 yesterday evening through the Dutch (Belgian) website of Bitdefender. To my big regret after the payment was done, I saw that I could only download either the Dutch or the French version of the product but NOT the English version. This is not mentioned anywhere on the website when you buy the product.


The license key I was provided by email is a short 7-character string that I cannot use with the English trial version of Bitdefender Total Security 2013 (!!) Furthermore when I try to contact support as a registered user, you need to enter your license key and I cannot continue because the website complains that my license key is invalid!


This seems to me very idiotic and makes my experience on purchasing something from Bitdefender for the very first time a very bad experience. I cannot even ask for a refund because my license key is supposedly invalid!!


Any help is strongly appreciated:


1) I would like to download the English version and use a license key that works on the English version. I bought Bitdefender Total Security 2013 not some idiotic Dutch version of it


2) If this is not possible I need to ask for a refund.
