Install Failure

in Bitdefender antivirus free edition

Hi! WindowsXP 32 SP3. Installation is completed. In the tray i have icon "B". But when i put the cursor on it , it disappear from tray. And occurs nothing.I can sent you the bin files.

    For further investigations we need some logs from your computer.


    Can you please send us


    - From : C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Temp\ we need: gziface.log, gziface1.log


    - In product installation path(default is: C:\Program files\Bitdefender\Antivirus Free Edition) from Dumps folder(if exists) send all files.


    You can send these files using www.sendspace.com or http://www.mediafire.com

    And also: BA Free Edition can't detect Pre-Installed Antivirus Program and I can successfully install BA Free Edition with already installed Dr.Web for Windows 6.0.5.10310 in my office computer.

    After reading content of gz_tmp2.txt i understood: i have some problem with my netframework. I had reinstalled this and BD AV. And my antivirus begin to work! Thanks.

    when you install click "no" when see massage "You must reboot your computer(..)". Wait 3-4 minutes and use restart system.
