1 Year License Left Days Are Not Correct

I sent several messages to Bitdefender, but didnt received any further reply, exept the first one ( a confirmation email)

Bitdefender explained that my first use was on October 10th 2012 and that my left days are 251!

But I bought Bitdefender Internet Security 2013 on 27 januari 2013 with a licence keys for 1 year and 3 pc's, at Cleverbridge via dowloadcrew site.

So my first use was 27 januari 2013 with left days of 365.

Please explan how this can happen that my left days is set on 251 days instead of 365 days ( 1 year)

Please solve this issue.

I can see that you already received an answer via Ticket ID 201301281021486. Kindly contact the reseller in regards to this matter, as advised by my colleagues from Customer Service dept. We don't have access to any 3rd party vendor database.
