Update
With a recent Update, internet access via direct IP number still work, but DNS seems to be at halt, not responding at all. Typing IP number in Webpage works, but URL failed to be looked-up via DNS. Windows's own Network Diagnostic reports that DNS setting is correct but not response from DNS server. Reverting the update through a recent system backup fixed the problem, but too afraid to run Update again.
