Bitdefender Internet Security 2013 And Windows 8 = Problems

I installed this and upon reboot it gave me the Windows 8 version of a BSOD. I booted again and all was well. Except my net connection seemed slower. Then this morning at 8:49AM my computer locked up. I've uninstalled for now until I get some input from this forum. Any ideas whats wrong besides me installing Windows 8? :D Any fixes?

    No I haven't. I'm starting to think my issue was unrelated to Bitdefender. I might reinstall it soon.

    Hello, make sure to remove all other security solutions from the system, install the latest the latest drivers, update Windows then follow the instructions from here to reinstall Bitdefender:
