hi, at the 12:40 my bd ask me to restart my pc. What update is?
As far as i know after it get's fixes for diverse bugs and it usually contains a big ammount of updates,it requirs a restart.If your BD is working fine there is no need to alarm yourself.This kind of updates are rare.

But that isn't always the case that Softwin make a post what the exactly changes,improvements are.

Well, that was an program update it's supposed it had fixed some known issues, that's why it needed to restart the pc.
