Yes you can block only Internet Access using Bitdefender. Set Deny to the "Web Browsing HTTP" rule in the Firewall General Rules.

Hello aaronsb,

You can also go to "Firewall/Manage adapters/Network Type" and check "Untrusted"

This will stop all incoming/outgoing traffic, for internet AND for your local net too.

Another way to only block the internet access is to Blocked the IP Address of the Router/MODEM in the Firewall Adapter Rules / Zones.

When you say block internet access, do you mean by browser? You can easily block port 80 for http and 443 for https here.
