Are you saying you did not get any email confirmation at all? If not, check your email spam account, and see if it's there. It can be under Bitdefender, Avangate or webhelp.v4. Sometimes it can be a little delayed in getting to you.

edit: security wise, it would have been a good idea to have erased your email address in your image before posting0 -
To add up, usually, if you're using those free emails like yahoo or gmail, 90% of the time, it will end up at junk.
