Booting From Rescue Disk

I have just downloaded BD rescue disk to a DVD+R disk.
Could someone explain step by step how to boot my computer from the disc.
Toshiba desktop. Windows 7.
Hitting F12 only got me the following.
HDD/SSD
USB
ODD TSSTcorp
Enter setup
HDD recovery.
I am new to computers so I don't want to press the wrong keys.
