Premium Services Pc Care Plan

I signed up for the PC Care plan and I really appreciate the help of premium services. They are extremely helpful but, I have scheduled just one phone call for a Malware intervention and it uses up all three of my three instances? Can someone please explain why and if a Malware scan and removal perhaps counts as two or a whole three interventions? Even better can someone please direct me to a .pdf or link where the PC Care plan is fully explained features and all.

For those who may be wondering, the paid for Premium services that Bitdefender offers, are found here: http://www.bitdefender.com/premium-services/

These can be very helpful and worthwhile in getting more of a custom, remote desktop type of support and service
