Firewall Blocks Windows Update

When trying to update my computer I get the error 80072ee2, it says I need to add the website addresses from which Windows Update downloads updates to my firewall exceptions or "allow" list.

The websites are:

http://*.update.microsoft.com

https://*.update.microsoft.com

http://download.windowsupdate.com

How do I add them?

I tried all the suggestions in that thread and nothing worked, and in the end i decided to outright uninstall Bitdefender. Windows update seems to work now, and makes me question weather or not I should Re-install or just buy another Anti-Virus Program
