Is it possible to include TeamViewer in BD 2014? It'll be easily both for technical support and customers to solve some problems.

    Obviously, in order to fix the problem, use TeamViewer!

  • I already suggested similar feature for Remote Connection option in this post "http://forum.bitdefender.com/index.php?showtopic=36758" on point # 7. This option will be helpful in troubleshooting the issues remotely like in Avast.


    @Paul.R: Bitdefender already has huge footprints with lack of basic and useful features.

    BD products are not chea.p. Since the customers have paid a lot of money, I think that is reasonable to benefit from having Teamviewer included in BD 2014, and solving the problems connected with the behaviour of BD should be free. Why to pay extra money? It is not fare.

    Teamview is a great proggi. I use it, to help my friend from Brazil over internet (securing the system, optimizing it, installing and downloading drivers etc.pp). I would say, that TEAMVIEW is one of the best proggis i was ever using.
