Setup Failed

Hello.. I had downloaded Bitdefender AV Free edition yesterday ( i think that is an offline version).. But when i cant install that till now, The installation wizard opens and Completing two steps ( Application files download and system files scanning are the two steps. At in the Third step setup has failed.. I'm Googled the problem and i had found some solutions here ( Unblock the .exe file, UAC settings, Uninstall tool ) .. But i cant solve the problem with that remedies.. SO>>> WHAT I WANT TO DO ? i have all the system requirement for installing the BitDefender

If so, you have to uninstall.

When installing Bitdefender free, you're connected to the internet?

It must necessarily!

I remember that free Bitdefender needs Microsoft. NET Framework.

Without it you can not install BitDefender

What operating system do you have?

Logically should the Net. Framework, to automatically install BitDefender.

Once, I had this problem on Windows XP.

I solved the problem by installing net.framework
