Privacy Control Module As Hips, Like In 2011 Version

I would like to suggest to implement the HIPS as Privacy Control in the User Mode that have the components like in 2011 version

a ) Identity Control

b ) Registry Control

c ) ****** Control

d ) Cookie Control

e ) Read/Write/Erase/Edit detections (files/processes/applications etc).

Kindly note that Advanced User needs HIPS, and not SHIPS (Silent HIPS)
