Hey,i've run into the following problem with BD total security 2013.
Every few short time intervals,less than half a minute long,the internet connection slows down immensely,often to a halt (halts long enough for skype to go offline for example).Prime examples are extremely slow loading of web pages and sharp decline in download speeds (verified to be unrelated to anything else).
Various combinations of disabling antivirus and firewall settings,up to disabling everything alltogether,has been tried.The troubleshooting offered here was also tried,again to no change.
Version is 16.27.0.1763
