Interesting - Avast 8.0 does not block these URLs. On a separate machine, I also downloaded the zipped spreadsheet and PDF that are linked to in the article and Avast indicated no issues. I uploaded both to VirusTotal and both came up clean.
Bitdefender blocking these appears to be a false positive.0 -
