Bitdefender-free Blocks Wireless Officejet 6500 Printer

Hi Bitdefender Team,

When the Bitdefender-Free 2013 "Virus Shield" button is on, my wireless HP Officejet 6500 printer doesn't print. However, if I turn the "Virus Shield" button off my HP wireless printer works fine.

Is there a way to manually setup Bitdefender-Free to allow my printer's ip address 192.168.1.107 ? This would be great... since I would wouldn't have to login as an administrator (to turn off Bitdefender) so that my daughter could freely use our wireless printer every time she prints... then turning Bitdefender back on.

I am using 16-bit Windows 8.

Hello,

For further investigations we need a file from the system connected to the printer, named gzserv.log. The file can be found in installation folder of bitdefender free edition(default: C:\program files\bitdefender\antivirus free edition\. Can you please send us that file?
