Update Virus Definition Without Dhcp Server Active

I would like to know if there is an alternative way to update the virus definitions of the Rescue CD BitDefender Internet Security 2013 because in my network I disabled the DHCP server and I assigned IP addresses statically. I noticed for example that with the Kaspersky Rescue CD 2013, you can manually set the parameters of the connection to the Internet. It 'will be a future update that provides this possibility with Bitdefender? And it's possible to find a cumulative zip update virus definition to update the Rescue CD in offline mode? Avoiding the possibility of having to enable the DHCP server, what other solution is available?
