Bsod Since Installing Bd Total Security 2013

I have been getting random BSOD since installing BD (about a week ago)

The BSOD does NOT cause boot loops. The PC just freezes on the BSOD and I have to manually reset the PC.

It happens in safe mode as well.

It happens during log-off (45%), log-on (45%) and in between while browsing the internet and not stressing the PC (10%).

My CPU is @ OC for 6 months now with no issues and I'm sure it's not the cause. That being said, I've set the BIOS to default settings.

While OCing (6 months ago), I've stress tested using Prime95 for 24HR and ran through a series of test to get stable PC, so please don't go there.

I've already mentioned I reverted back to default and I still get the BSOD (and 4.5GHz is not extreme OC and easy to stabilize).

I haven't installed new hardware.

The only recent changes were:

Installing Bitdefender Total security 2013
