Stopped Working And Now Crashes As Of 3/6/13
I have two different computers that I installed the free version of the software on. As of 3/6/13 both computers had the program start crashing. One at 12:36pm and one at 12:46pm. Both machines now try to login when starting the application and then fail moments later. The program then crashes throwing a windows message. This happens exactly the same on both computers, on different networks, completely unrelated to each other.

I seem to have solved this at least in the short term.
- I re-downloaded the installer... ran the repair.
- It failed.
- I ran it again and it said I needed to reboot to uninstall.
- I clicked reboot and it didn't.
- I manually rebooted and when it came back up, bit defender was gone.
- I reinstalled it and it told me I needed to reboot.
- I rebooted and it came up again as inactive.
- This time I was able to log in.
- It asked me to reboot.
- When it came up yet again, now it seems to be working...
Exact same procedure was required on both computers.0 - I re-downloaded the installer... ran the repair.

Can you tell us what applications you have installed on those systems?
It could be a conflict between bd avfree and another app.
