Unable To Install

Hi,

i purchased a Bitdefender total security 2013 in india today.As per instructions, i put in cd and auto run comes and i get the first page of bitdefender installer, where i have 3 options:

1.Install,

2.User's Guide,

3. Copy to USB.

I hit on Install button, but no changes happen, i am not able to move to next dialogue box.Kindly help me out with this.

I tried removing previous Bitdefender using uninstall tool and re install, but still it has no effect.Tried copying to usb but it stops at 278mb.kindly help me.

Do you have other security softwares installed? Try uninstalling them first. Also, when you say nothing happens, do you mean that you don't get any error message at all?

Share us the present and past of your system....means

1) Did you installed any other security suite previously or at present?

2) What are your systems specs?

3) OS details?

4) Any systen tune up software installed?

5) What exactly is the error?
