Bitdefender Internet Security 2013 Won't Install

I just purchased BIS 2013 and am trying to download on my 2 computers. One is a dell and one is an HP, both use Windows 8. It will not download. I have uninstalled all previous protection (Norton and AVG on the HP and McAfee on the Dell). I tried uninstalling the BIS 2013 to start over, however now the uninstallation will not finish. I also tried downloading the offline version and it failed to progress past 4% I am getting very frustrated. I spent $100 and have zero protection.

I also have a Dell using Windows 7 and the BIS 2013 has completed the scan but has not progressed further in the past hour. I need results or directions for a refund.

Just received an error on my Windows 7 Dell.

Bitdefender failed to load one of the files.
