I purchased Bitdefender Total Security 2013 directly from their website and I am now having problems installing it. I've already uninstalled the other software that I used before. My OS is Windows 7. Please help.

Try this first, otherwise we may have to do a little more with uninstall/reinstalling and also using the direct offline version.
