Add Advanced Options For Advanced Users

I used Kaspersky Internet Security for about 4-5 years this time I thought to move onto BD after seeing a lot of good reviews about it on the Internet so I got one license but after installing I found the installation size of BDIS was about 4 times KIS but options were only 25% as compared to KIS. If I specifically talk about firewall only KIS provides a lot of flexibility in making rules in a very user-friendly interface but BD only allow very few customizations. When I just installed it took me 15 mins it find a button to get some more advanced option but after crawling all I was disappointed.

I discussed it here. So if possible install KIS and compare your product with it..

Indeed, unfortunately, Bitdefender compared to other antivirus products has a disadvantage, namely the not customizable installation.

That's really disappointing..as they wish, they want to loose their customers that's fine..this is the first and last time I'll be using BD, I'll just look for the upcoming version if that doesn't meet my requirements I'll give my license to someone and will get another of KIS! " />

they lost me as a customer i just bought a 3 year license for kaspersky i like bitdefender a lot but was hoping that in 2014 their would be more option for advance users but their wasn't so i left i mean you cant even shut bitdefender down because they say it is a security risk ,well that's down to the end user isn't it you can tweak absolutely everything in kasperskyIf bitdefender make it so you can tweak everything i would come back but not as it is now.

Hi Flac2000!

Kaspersky prepare something for you. (Have a look on the forum from kaspersky-beta 2014) I recommend you stick with Bitdefender.

I also have some PDF files from VB100 and can you confirm that Bitdefender is over Kaspersky!
