My bank account was "hacked" and my bank asked me to do a full system scan and send them the report. did the scan but cant find a way to attach the scan via email.

Just out of curiousity, how big is the report file? Usually, email providers limit the size limit that you can attached on an email.
Hello, the size of a Bitdefender system scan log is usually ~ 4 KB.
The logs are saved here:
C:\ProgramData\Bitdefender\Desktop\Profiles\Logs
- for XP:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Bitdefender\Desktop\Profiles\Logs\
