Trojan.agent.aach + Win32.worm.ahkheap.a Helpppp!

Hi everybody!!!!

We're sarahfabio from Italy!!!

We're in trouble with these 2 viruses: Trojan.Agent.AACH and Win32.Worm.Ahkheap.A

Our BitDefender Professional Edition v7.2 has removed 5 of 7 infected files on our PC but it's not able to remove these 2:

C:\heap41a\offspring\MicrosoftPowerPoint.exe=>(RAR Sfx o)=>MicrosoftPowerPoint\Install.txt

C:\heap41a\offspring\MicrosoftPowerPoint.exe=>(RAR Sfx o)=>MicrosoftPowerPoint\pathlist.txt

How we could remove them?

Please HELP US!!!!! :blink:

Find more posts tagged with

First rename this file: "C:\heap41a\offspring\MicrosoftPowerPoint.exe" to something like "MicrosoftPowerPoint.vir".

DO NOT execute this file.

Then submit to Bitdefender labs the contents of this folder "C:\heap41a" (including the previos mentioned file) and wait for feedback.
