Auto Update Not Working

I've had antivirus plus 2013 for about a month now and I cannot get the auto update to work, it's always turn off. I'll log in as an administrator and change it from off to on but the next day it is off and updates are not happening. A few days ago I did a repair but that has not solved anything. Emailed support but have heard nothing back.

To further investigate this case, please post here a support tool log collected from the account where the auto-update turns off:

and post the download link.

If you were already asked to generate the log file, disregard the above message and just post the ticket ID.
