What is this? and how to fix this?

"gziface.exe" is part of Bitdefender Antivirus Free Edition and Bitdefender Antivirus Essential.
Do you have one of these Bitdefender products installed on your machine? When does the error appear?
Also, when you installed this, do you have another active security software running perhaps like Norton or AVG?
