Installations Trouble Total Security 2013

Hi All,

I have bought the Bit Defender Total Security 2013 recently from an online store,

& could not install from the Compact Disc.

Upon clicking the bit defender DVD RW drive icon it navigates to the installation menu,

but does not begin to install for the install tab click.

Tried quiet a few times.

PC Details : Sony Vaio E15 series

any solution for this ?

but this is installation from the Compact Disc, is it still required to be connected to the Internet & use the link mentioned,

cant this be fixed offline.
