Scan Problems And A Question About Bidefender

Hi,

I installed Bitdefender free on the 7 March 2013 and I’d like to ask you 2 questions:

1. Since the 7 March it never made any full scan. The latest quick sweep is from 7 March. By what I already could read in this forum it should make a full scan once a week. I have the feeling not to be protected at all. What can I do to solve this problem?

2. I’m curious about one detail. In Avast, for example, it’s possible to open an infected file in a Sandbox and check what’s inside. In this case the computer is completed protected. If I try to open an infected file with Bitdefender what happens? Does it open the file in a Sandbox too? Does it stop opening the file and so it’s impossible to check what’s inside? I’d like to understand what’s the behavior of Bitdefender about this issue because it’s important for me.

1) Its for safe side to scan ur system once in a week depends on the environment and the way you use the system....means whether you are on Network or not, how do you use the internet, what you browse etc....otherwise there is no special need for doing so.

2) Sandbox feature is not present in Bitdefender, and is already requested long time ago
