Bitdefender Internet Security Does Not Install

Hello, I purchased the product Bitdefender Internet Security 2013, but when I went to install (at the end of the installation) windows 8 64bit restarted and it did not work anymore.


I lost some files because I had to restore the windows 8, then tried again to install bitdefender, but gives the same problem!


Please solve my problem...

    First of all, I would recommend to make sure there are no other security solutions installed on your system.


    Then, please download the dedicated uninstall tool for the Bitdefender 2013 version to remove any traces from the current installation that was not completed successfully. Access the link below and when the window with the Bitdefender file appears, please choose the "Save" option:

    Save the tool on the PC, right click on it and choose "Run as Administrator", click the "Uninstall" button and restart the computer when prompted. This process may take several minutes to complete.


    After rebooting Windows, download and run the installation kit for Bitdefender Internet Security 2013 from here:
